One of my favorite treats in the Fallands is watching large Rockhopper Penguin groups as they emerge from the ocean, all clean and shiny.
You can often spot these groups far offshore, as they porpoise above the waves to get their bearings towards shore. You have to be ready, as they emerge from the waves very quickly, where you can hear the sounds of dozens of feet hopping on the wet sand.
