The Sculptor Galaxy is in the southern constellation Sculptor, at 25° below the galaxtic equator. From my northern latitude of 36°, it is only visible around November for part of the night, low above the southern horizon, when I was able to capture this image over several nights.

LRGB composite image. 8.8 hours total exposure:

- Lum 12 x 10 min = 2 hr

- Red 14 x 10 min = 2.3 hr

- Green 16 x 10 min = 2.7 hr

- Blue 11 x 10 min = 1.8 hr
