Critical Fix Needed for Some Quantum Turbo 2x2 Batteries

Quantum Instruments has announced that a service upgrade is needed for certain Turbo 2x2 Battery units with a potentially faulty charging circuit. If left uncorrected, damage to the unit could result. The fix is free. Quantum states that critical upgrades will be turned around within five working days and treated as warranty repair.

Only Turbo 2x2 units with the following serial numbers (embossed on side of unit) are affected:

• US models: N803 through N896
• UK models: N829
• Euro models: none

If your Turbo 2x2 was serviced in the US after March 22, 2004 for any reason, the fix has already been applied.
