Refund and cancellation policies

Photography workshops and tours (except Falkland Islands)

  • If you cancel after registering, your deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel 3-4 months from departure, you will be charged 50% of the trip fees.
  • If you cancel after 3 months from departure, you will be charged 100% of the trip fee.

Custom trips adhere to the same cancellation policies, but can be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

Falkland Islands trips

  • If you cancel after registering, your deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel 3-6 months from departure, you will be charged 50% of the trip fees.
  • If you cancel after 3 months from departure, you will be charged 100% of the trip fees.
